Overview
Via Medical Centre engaged Heritage Palace Décor for the full interior fit-out of their new outpatient facility in the UAE. The design focused on healthcare-specific ergonomics, sanitary finishes, and efficient space utilization. Heritage Palace Décor delivered interior planning, custom-built cabinetry, and hygienic HPL installations for public and clinical zones. Our designers worked closely with healthcare consultants to ensure accessibility compliance, patient privacy, and safety in all interior features. All examination rooms, consultation spaces, and reception areas were designed with integrated storage, soft lighting, and acoustic partitions to enhance patient experience. IPS panels and HPL toilet cubicles were installed to optimize hygiene standards, while durable flooring and subtle color palettes contributed to a calm and modern medical environment.

Design in Details
Reception and waiting areas featured curved counters, integrated LED lighting, and laminated paneling for durability. The clinical zones included IPS panel systems and antimicrobial surfaces, ensuring optimal infection control. Wall-mounted cabinetry and adjustable shelving improved usability for medical staff.
Cleanroom-grade partitions were installed in treatment areas, while patient toilets were equipped with full HPL cubicle systems and urinal partitions. The final result was a safe, efficient, and aesthetically comforting healthcare facility.
